My name is Jaed Demers, and I'm an artist out of West Springfield, MA. I have been sculpting since October 2013, but an artist since childhood. I started sculpting September 2013 with intentions of epic fail....Turns out, it comes to me naturally, like this is what I was born to do! I am a horror fanatic and I specialize in horror sculptures. I take massive pride in my work, and strive to make each piece even more badass than the last. I put a lot of time and effort into each and every piece. Each piece is a hand sculpted, hand painted or airbrushed original! NO MOLDS/ NO CASTINGS, all hand sculpted (latex masks are casted. But the original face for every one of my masks is hand sculpted by me, then casted). Each piece is poked, prodded, smoothed, textured, and fondled to perfection. Most of them take between 8 and 30 hours each, depending on the size, features, and detail. It is then coated with a varnish, drooled up, and mouth glossed to give it the real saliva look. The clay used is tough and shatter resistant.
